Terri Lovell

Terri is an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow in Prof. Gonzalo Cosa’s lab at McGill. She mentors students through the Women’s Initiative for Science, providing guidance on resumes, interviews, and handling challenging conversations. Throughout her PhD, Terri held a seat on the Women in Graduate Science board. In this capacity, she orchestrated seminars, curated and led professional development workshops, and organized events to refine graduate students' skills in science communication. Furthermore, she embodies both a dedicated scientist and a devoted mother, advocating the needs of graduate student parents.
